We are aware how sensitive businesses are to additional costs these days and that is why we have a strict policy of being very transparent about what we charge. 

All fees are agreed with yourself in advance of any work being undertaken. Any changes to our agreement would be made with your prior consent. Where possible we look to agree a fixed monthly fee to allow you budget in advance for all your costs. 

Our aim is to provide a value for money service, which will hopefully lead to a long-term relationship with you. By agreeing a mutually acceptable fee for our work we hope to establish a good working relationship.
